1. Inspect proper thermostat operation
2. Heat anticpator check
3. Check pump motor operation
4. Lubricate pump motor if applicable
5. Drain expansion tank if applicable
6. Check pigtail if applicable
7. Clean burners and burner compartment
8. Check electrical connections
9. Inspect low voltage wiring
10. Test safety controls operation
11. Inspect all drain lines in high efficiency units
12. Clean pilot assembly and orifice
13. Check and adjust gas pressure
14. Cycle gas valve check performance
15. Use OHM meter to test the hot surface igniter
16. Adjust combustion air if needed
17. Record, clean & inspect flame proving sensor
18. Inspect flue and draft
19. Use detector to check gas lines for leaks
20. Inspect the piping & automatic controls
21. Record and perform Carbon Monoxide Safety test
22. Perform Combustion analysis of CO2/CO2/EA S& Temp Stack
23. Verify Proper operation of Draft
24. Verify Proper Operation of System
