OUR SERVICE CALL

• Call us 24 hours a day, 365 days a year and the service call is just $79(overtime service call fee is $99.00 for weekends and after 5pm). The service call fee includes the diagnostics and provides you an estimate.  The service call fee is non-refundable and the repairs needed are additional.

HOW WE PRICE OUR REPAIRS

• It is our firm belief to know exactly how much it costs for us to do business, so we know exactly how much money we can save our customers by pricing our repairs, and equipment effectively.  Whenever we see a way that we can cut our prices, we do it immediately.
• Most work that we perform is already pre-figured in a Flat-Rate book which the service tech uses as a guide to quote our customers the price of repairs. This includes the Parts, Labor, and Tax. We do not charge additional labor on repairs that are priced in our Flat-Rate book. TUNE UPS (Includes full diagnosis and thorough cleaning!)

• All machinery involved in indoor air comfort needs to be checked thoroughly and well-kept every season.  Our tune up is $99.00. But with a Maintenance Agreement you only have to pay $79.00 for a Tune-Up.
